When you purchase this mini-sode, Jingle Jacqui will email you a required form to fill out all about your child! She will also let you know what she needs from you (images, videos, etc...) to make this special mini-sode as memorable as possible!
 
Each order needs 2 business weeks from the date you submit all forms, photos and videos for production, so please book well enough in advance and send in all your memorabilia with this in mind.
